Free P&P on orders over £15, standard 2nd class mail.

P&P charged at £1.95 on orders below £15, this is for standard 2nd class mail.

If you need a parcel sending urgently, next day postage can be arranged, customer must cover the cost, please contact us via the Contact us page.  

Most jewellery items are packaged and sent out on white display cards and inside compostable cello bags, if your jewellery item is a gift we can wrap it in acid free tissue with a Bluebell Gems sticker and a cute re-usable organza bag for free! We can even add a hand written gift tag from you, please request when you have placed your order using our 'Contact Us' page.  

We endevour to source packaging that is able to be re-used, recycled or composted, all our cello packaging is moving over to a starch based product which can be put in your compost bin! 

We endevour to give as much information about our products as accurately as we can, however if you really do not like something when it arrives we are happy to refund you if the item is returned to us unworn within 10 days in its original packaging, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page.  

All Sterling silver and silver plate jewellery will naturally tarnish over time, to help look after your jewellery items please avoid contact with water, perfumes, skin products and hairsprays.

A very gentle rub with a jewellery cloth will help restore your silver items.

Your wine glass charms are made from silver plated rings and most charms are made from Tibetan silver, these items will tarnish over time like any silver items, please avoid getting them wet if you can and definately avoid putting in the dishwasher!!! 

If drink is spilled over them wipe them with a damp dish cloth and dry them right away with a tissue or kitchen paper. A gentle rub with a jewellery cleaning cloth will help remove any tarnish.

All our jewellery items are handmade, if there is something here that you like but it's just not quite right for some reason, get in touch... there might be something we can do to tweak it to make it right for you, I have a huge array of chains, clasps, earring hooks, clips, you name it, I've probably got it lurking in a drawer somewhere!
